To be eligible for a bike you must meet the following criteria:
● Under 16 years old and not able to afford to purchase a bike on your own, or
● 16 or older, do not have access to reliable transportation, need a bike to get to work or school and not able to afford to purchase a bike on your own.
If you need a bike, please download the application form below and return the completed form to:

Need a Bike?
UP will evaluate your application and, if you qualify, you will be invited to attend an upcoming Bike Clinic at UP. At that clinic you will receive (at no cost to you) approximately 1.5 hours of bike safety, a bike helmet (subject to availability) and a rehabbed bike. BWIRC volunteers will be on hand to assist you in adjusting your helmet and bike so that they both fit you properly. They will also help you with any other adjustments your new bike may need to make it as safe and comfortable as possible.
